Good Squash Recipe

Candied Squash I use butternut squash we get from Costco already cut up. But it is not difficult to prep a whole squash. Steam the chunks in water in a skillet with a lid. When soft, remove the lid and add butter and/or olive oil. Toss to coat and cook low. Add a shot of rum and light to flambe. Add a Tbl of maple syrup and toss to coat. Let the sugars brown a bit and serve. Can be easily prepared while doing other things.
